We are in the process of upgrading from Kayako to Zendesk support system because Zendesk offers better spam protection, more integration options with other systems, and other support channels like live chat, Facebook, and others.
Old system URL is https://finestshops.kayako.com – it will be active until the end of October but will be used for reference only in case we need to look up something missing in the new system.
New system URL is https://support.finestshops.com – starting October 9, all new tickets have to be submitted here or by email, to the same email addresses, you used before.
Managing your requests and replies by email will not change – emails with new subjects will create new tickets and replies to an existing ticket will be added to that ticket.
We will be migrating all the tickets which are 2 years and younger to the new system and all the open projects we are working on will still be opened (but the ticket ID will change).
We will be migrating all the user records but the password will have to be reset to login.
The migration service we hired will start the migration of the tickets and users on Ocober 8, 2020 at 15:00 EST.
